Attached you will find an order form which needs to be filled out with payment included to be turned in on picture day. We are pleased to offer a special item, an 8x10 individual composite. This will include two poses (each in a different outfit). If only one outfit is photographed, it will, instead, include a close up of your child. To order this item, please write #44 in the order section of your form. The cost is $15.00. Here you will find some frequently asked questions. If your questions are not answered , please feel free to call the number above or (512)876-2460. What information do I need on the order form? Please fill out all contact information in the lower portion of the order form. If we have a question about your order we need to be able to call you. Include item number, quantity, style of dance (i.e. tap, ballet, hip-hop), and amount. If you are ordering personalized items such as trader cards, be sure to fill out the right hand section. Is the coffee mug dishwasher safe? Yes. However, we suggest that you hand wash it to prevent the image from fading over time. What if I want to e-mail images to friends or post an image on a personal website? Scanned images never look their best and this is also a copyright violation. We are pleased to offer you a CD of individual images taken of your child. This CD is available for the low price of $35.00 and will allow you to post them on a website, e-mail them to loved ones or print them at your local printer. This option is available with packages 1 through 4 only. When you order this item please place an “A” after item #’s 1, 2, 3 or4 in the item section of the order form and add $35.00 to the cost of the package. How do I pay for my portraits? Payment must be received with your order on picture day. We are pleased to accept checks, cash, MasterCard or Visa. Make checks payable to Stephen’s A+ Photography. When paying by cash, please include exact amount. When paying by credit card, please include card information strip located on the side of your order form. Is there a sitting fee or shipping costs? Yes. There is a one time $5.00 sitting fee per child for individual portraits only. There is no sitting fee for group photos. If you are signed up for summer classes, you may pick up your finished portraits at the dance studio. Otherwise, an $8.00 shipping fee applies. Please be sure to include this with your order. Can I pick the poses? Because of limited space and time, a teacher from your dance school will be there to make sure that your child looks his or her best. You will receive the best images from the sessions. How will I choose the background? You can view the two background choices on the display at the school or at www.stephensaplusphoto.com. Indicate white or scenic gray on the order form in the box next to the teacher’s name. If you do not indicate a choice, one will be chosen for you. Can two images be ordered in one package? No. Because of the way orders are processed at the lab, only one image is allowed per package or item. If you order more than one image, please include payment for two packages. The exception to this is the composite prints. A PORTION OF THE PROCEEDS WILL GO TO BENEFIT YOUR DANCE SCHOOL |
